Implementation partners

We're looking for partners who know the domain.

Zubl does not sell consulting and does not intend to. Implementation, advisory and the apps that only an expert in a field would think to build belong to partners — and we are looking for the first of them now, in each of our app families and each of our first markets.

Who we're looking for

Domain knowledge first. The platform carries the rest.

Governance, risk and compliance practices

Company secretarial, risk, compliance, internal audit and insurance advisers whose clients run these functions in spreadsheets and point solutions that do not share a people list.

Finance, operations and people advisers

Accountants, HR and workforce specialists, procurement and asset-management consultants who configure systems for clients today and would rather configure one that already knows the organisation.

Sector specialists

Not-for-profit, education, health and public-sector advisers with a register, a workflow or an obligation their sector needs and no vendor has bothered to build. On Zubl, you can build it.

What a partner gets
  • A platform to build a practice on — extend our apps or build your own for your clients; what you can deliver is not capped at what we ship. The AI builder turns what you know into a first draft in minutes.
  • No competition from us — we will never sell implementation or advisory work against a partner. That is a commitment, not a policy we may revisit.
  • Direct influence — a standing line to the people building the platform, and visible weight on what ships next in your family.
  • Hosting where your clients are — dedicated environments can be stood up in the region a partner's clients need; see the published list.
  • Certification, when it exists — we intend to certify partners so clients can rely on the name. There is no directory yet; the first partners will shape what certification means.
What we ask
  • Real domain knowledge — in at least one of the app families, with clients who have the problem.
  • A first client in mind — a design partner you would lead, or a practice area you would build first.
  • Honesty when it's wrong — partners see what clients won't say to a vendor. We want to hear it.
  • Respect for the client's control — a partner's access to a tenancy is granted by the client, scoped like any user's, and revocable by them. Only the client can change their partner of record.
