Who we are
Zubl (“we”) operates this website. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
Almost nothing, by design:
- Enquiry forms. If you contact us, we collect what you type: your name, organisation, email address and message. Nothing else — no phone number, no company size, no tracking of how you found us.
- Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard, short-lived request logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and operations.
- Aggregate analytics. We measure page views using privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics hosted under our control. No cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is created, and no data is shared with an advertising network.
What this website does not do
- No cookies — see the cookie statement
- No third-party trackers, pixels, session recording or chat widgets
- No third-party fonts or CDNs — every asset on this site is served by us
- No sale or sharing of personal information with anyone, for any purpose
How enquiry data is used
Enquiries are delivered to us by email and used to reply to you. They are not loaded into a marketing database, and you will not receive a newsletter — we don't have one. If your enquiry leads nowhere, the correspondence simply ends.
Where data is held
This website is hosted in Australia. Enquiry emails are held in our business email system. Server logs and analytics stay with the site's hosting in Australia.
Access, correction and deletion
Email hello@zubl.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will do so unless a legal obligation requires otherwise, and we will tell you which it is.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
The Zubl product
This policy covers the website. The Zubl product — customer tenancies and the data in them — is governed by the agreements entered into with each customer, and its security posture is described at zubl.com/hosting-security.
